We had really bad experience with Jysk UK. We were forced to order an item in store as it wasnt in stock. We were told it will take UP to two weeks. A month passed and we have not heard from them at all, not even an apology for the delay. Today I was looking at Jysk webside, I found out the page for the item doesnt exist anymore. So I guess they do not even think it will be in stock ever again. Considering it is a bedside table which we already have one at home waiting for the other one, we are left with only one bedside table.

A disgrace. Ordered 4 weeks ago. Can’t give a delivery date. Can’t contact customer service as not taking calls or e mails. Utter disgrace. Can’t get my furniture set or money back!!!

Placed order online on 28th March with notice of dispatch on 5th April. Contacted Ellesmere Port store about order, was told they would look for my order and ring me back, heard nothing. Received email stating my order was being shipped on 3rd May. 6th May my order was being collected on my behalf as I live 45 mins car journey away, I had forwarded the two emails received and my details given and the person collecting order had identification on him with same surname as mine, despite all this he still had trouble collecting order, in the end it was passed over. No apologies, no explanation of delay and guess what they had them on the sales floor. Would I order again from these, NO WAY.

I saw the other bad reviews but ordered some garden chairs anyway, as they looked good and were a decent price.thankfully, my experience was excellent. the chairs are great and they arrived very quickly.i was nervous as they were coming from europe and brexit/covid has created issues. but fair play, they arrived in a week and the chairs are excellent quality. especially for the price.

Reading the reviews on here I was very hesitant about placing an order for some garden furniture, but unable to find such a nice looking set anywhere I else I took the plunge and ordered it on the 16th March. JYSK clearly state on their website that delivery can take upto 25 working days. I was therefore delighted to be advised only a week later that it was ready to be shipped and then received a message from the delivery company within a few more days to let me know that it would be delivered today, the 30th March. It was delivered at 6:45 this morning, only 10 working days from placing my order and just in time to enjoy the hottest March day for 56 years. The quality of the furniture is excellent, including the cushions, and looks much more expensive than it cost, the assembly was so simple, just screw the legs on and you’re good to go. Well done JYSK, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. Thank you.

Customer service is appalling! No Web chat available and contact number doesn't work! Steer clear of this company. If I could give it less that one start I would!

I visited Jysk last week just before the Tier 4 restrictions, I absolutely loved it and was all set to come back but I’m living over the border in Tier 3 so I can’t as yet , the things sold in the shop reminded me very much of IKEA the prices are low and there were some real bargains to be had, I’d recommend anyone to take a trip over when COVID permits we loved it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Awful service, I ordered a desk on the 30th of November, they told me I should get it delivered in 3-9 business days. On the 10th business day I wrote to the support and they confirmed I should get it no later than the 17th of December. That was another lie, its already the 18th and still nothing.. Hopefully I will get it by Christmas...

Bought parasol in June. Didn’t deliver till after 2 weeks. When opened handle broken. Went to store and girl told us they had discontinuedAnd wasn’t helpful at all and very rude and abrupt. Refunded a bit of money but still having to open parasol with screw driver. Eventually got manufacturers address and sent email. In China and couldn’t grasp what I was asking for. Won’t buy anything from there again and won’t recommend them to snyone

Ordered a lovely garden furniture set from my local store, paid in full and paid £24 for delivery. I was advised that it would take a week to be delivered from ordering so would be delivered next Thursday. All good was looking forward to my new rattan furniture. On the Wednesday lunch time the day before It was due to be delivered I had a call from jysk to say unfortunately it would not be delivered tomorrow as expected as they didn’t have any :-( . I would have to return to the store for a full refund. To be fair the store staff were nice but didn’t offer anything for my inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend them even though the prices are good and they stock some nice things. Would I make a purchase again NO!

I bought 4 glass solar lights. They arrived 8 hours after the time I was given. They had no outer packaging, just an address label stuck to their normal boxWhen I opened them up 2 were ok ,one was smashed and another was cracked. I emailed them straight away. So far I've received 2 auto replies and a request to review my purchase How can they get it so wrong, the lights that were intact were lovely. Poor customer service lets them down.

Ordered several items of furniture online and was impressed how easy it was.I received regular updates on my delivery despite there being a lockdown and pandemic and was given a delivery slot which was followed up in the day of delivery by the driver and just before he arrived.All in all excellent service and would recommend and use them again

Delivery drivers were very polite and spot on time with delivery, they put my boxes exactly where I wanted them put. 110% and 10stars from me.
